1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and assist grip.



2. REMOVE DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the bezel.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.



3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 10 clips and cover.



4. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK OPENER ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the screw and door lock opener.



5. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR CLOSER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and door closer.



6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and lock cylinder.



7. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR OPENING SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and opening switch.



8. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

  1. Remove the 4 nuts.

  1. Put protective tape around the spoiler.

  1. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and spoiler.

  1. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

  1. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the spoiler to the vehicle body.

    NOTICE:
    1. If reusing the spoiler, take care not to damage the spoiler,
    2. Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.



9. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a screwdriver, remove the clip and support from the door side.

    HINT:
    1. Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    2. Remove the support while supporting the door panel with your hands.

  1. Using a screwdriver, remove the clip and support from the vehicle body side.

    HINT:
    1. Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    2. Remove the support while supporting the door panel with your hands.

  1. Remove the support.

    HINT:
    Remove the support while supporting the door panel with your hands.



10. REMOVE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the television camera connector.

  1. Detach the television camera connector clamp.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and television camera.



11. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts and light.

  1. Remove the light bulb from the light socket and wire.

  1. Remove the gasket.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be sure to remove the gasket completely from the body.
    2. Be sure to replace it with the supplied light gasket to prevent water intrusion.



12. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the screw and license plate light from the luggage compartment door.



13. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY OUTSIDE

  1. Remove the 3 nuts.

  1. Detach the 7 clips and remove the garnish.



14. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT

  1. Remove the floor mat.



15. REMOVE LUGGAGE NO. 1 COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the light.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Disconnect the connector.



16. REMOVE TOOL BOX

17. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  1. Remove the 3 clips labeled A.

  1. Detach the 4 clips to remove the finish plate.
