NOTICE:
When replacing the ABS and TRACTION actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration (Click here).

1.INSPECT CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

  1. Check if the CAN communication system DTC is output (Click here).

    Result:

    Condition

2.INSPECT MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

  1. Check if the multiplex communication system DTC is output (Click here).

3.INSPECT VSC WARNING LIGHT

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  1. Start the engine.

  1. Select the "VSC Warning Lamp" in the ACTIVE TEST and operate the VSC warning light by the intelligent tester.

    ACTIVE TEST: ABS/VSC/TR(A)C 
    Item (Display)

    VSC Warning Lamp
    		Turn VSC warning light ON / OFF
    		Observe combination meter

  1. Check that "ON" and "OFF" of the VSC warning light are indicated on the combination meter when using the intelligent tester.

    OK:
    The VSC warning light turns on or off in accordance with the intelligent tester.

    HINT:
    If troubleshooting has been carried out according to the problem symptoms table, refer back to the table and proceed to the next step before replacing the part (Click here).

4.INSPECT COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

  1. Check the combination meter assembly (Click here).
