  1. "Cruise Control" is not displayed on the "Communication Bus Check" screen of the intelligent tester.
  2. Applies to "DISTANCE CONTROL ECU COMMUNICATION STOP MODE" in the "DTC COMBINATION TABLE"
  1. Power source or inside the distance control ECU
  2. Distance control ECU sub bus line or connector

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK CAN BUS LINE FOR DISCONNECTION (DISTANCE CONTROL ECU SUB BUS LINE)

  1. Turn the engine switch off.

  1. Disconnect the distance control ECU (L13).

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Value
    L13-8 (CANH) - L13-9 (CANL)
    		Engine switch off
    		54 to 69 Ω

2.CHECK WIRE HARNESS (B, GND, SGND)

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Value
    L13-10 (SGND) - Body ground
    		Always
    		Below 1 Ω
    L13-12 (GND) - Body ground
    		Always
    		Below 1 Ω

  1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Value
    L13-1 (B) - Body ground
    		Engine switch on (IG)
    		10 to 14 V
