Check the Data List for proper functioning of the steering lock condition.

Disconnect the L73 ECU connector.
Disconnect the L28 ECU connector.
Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

| L73-26 (SLP) or L28-4 (SLP1) - Body ground | 10 kΩ or higher |

| 3.CHECK POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU |
Temporarily replace the power source control ECU with a new or normally functioning one.
Check that the engine starts normally.
