INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK FOR DTC

  1. Delete the DTC (Click here).

  1. Recheck for DTC.
    Result:

2.CHECK WIRE HARNESS (CERTIFICATION ECU - STEERING CONTROL ECU)

  1. Disconnect the V28 and L28 ECU connectors.

  1. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Specified Condition
    V28-10 (LIN) - L28-5 (LIN)
    		Below 1 Ω
    V28-10 (LIN) or L28-5 (LIN) - Body ground
    		10 kΩor higher

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

3.CHECK OPERATION OF CERTIFICATION ECU

  1. After replacing the certification ECU with a normal one, check for DTC.
    Result:
