1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL LH

B101020E07
  1. Disconnect the d2 connector.

  1. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    Specified Condition
    d2-6 (E) - Body ground
    Below 1 Ω

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  1. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard voltage:
    Tester Connection
    Condition
    Specified Condition
    d2-1 (SWL) - d2-6 (E)
Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch OFF
    Below 1 V
    d2-1 (SWL) - d2-6 (E)
Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch ON
    10 to 14 V
    d2-4 (B) - d2-6 (E)
    Engine switch off
    Below 1 V
    d2-4 (B) - d2-6 (E)
    Engine switch on (IG)
    10 to 14 V

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  1. Reconnect the d2 connector.

  1. Measure the voltage of the connector.

    Standard voltage:
    Tester Connection
    Condition
    Specified Condition
    d2-5 (THL) - Body ground
Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch volume 0 → 3
    Gradual increase between below 1 V and 10 to 14 V

If the result is not as specified, the seat heater control may have a malfunction.

2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL RH
