REMOVAL

Removal / installation


1. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

2. SEPARATE FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Set the shift lever to the neutral position.

    Remove the nut, and separate the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly.


3. REMOVE PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  1. C108489E02
    Disconnect the park/neutral position switch connector.

  1. C108490E03
    Remove the nut and transmission control shaft lever RH.

  1. C104746E02
    Using a screwdriver, pry out the lock washer.

  1. Remove the lock nut and lock washer.

  1. C080256
    Remove the bolt and park/neutral position switch.
