ACTIVE TEST
Performing the ACTIVE TEST using the intelligent tester allows the meters, indicators and so on to operate without removing any parts. Performing the ACTIVE TEST as the first step of troubleshooting is one way to shorten labor time.

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  3. From the display on the tester, select the "ACTIVE TEST".

    Indicat. Lamp D-seat Belt
    		 D-SEAT BELT indicator light (OFF/ON)
    		 Confirm that the vehicle is stopped with the engine idling
    Indicat. Lamp P-seat Belt
    		 P-SEAT BELT indicator light (OFF/ON)
    		 Confirm that the vehicle is stopped with the engine idling
