REASSEMBLY
Removal / installation
| 1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SPACER |
| 2. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH |
Engage the 2 claws and install the engine switch.
| 3. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR |
Engage the 2 claws and install the automatic light control sensor.
| 4. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH |
Engage the 8 claws and 2 clips, and install the defroster nozzle garnish.
| 5. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY |
Connect the 2 connectors and the 2 clamps to the front passenger airbag assembly.
- NOTICE:
- When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.
Engage the 5 hooks (A).
Engage the 5 hooks (B) and install the front passenger airbag assembly on the instrument panel.
Install the 2 screws.
| 6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE |
Engage the 5 clamps.
Connect the connector and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.
| 7. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA (w/ Navigation System) |
Install the navigation antenna with the 2 screws.
Engage the 2 clamps.
| 8. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
| 9. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE |
Engage the 4 claws and install the side defroster nozzle.
| 10. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT |
Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws <F>.
| 11. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY |
Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <F>.
| 12. INSTALL SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT |
Install the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <F>.
| 13. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT |
Install the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <F>.
| 14. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT |
Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <F>.
| 15. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT |
Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <F>.
