INSPECT STOP LIGHT CONTROL RELAY

  1. C083933E01
    Remove the stop light control relay.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		 Specified Condition
    1 - 2
    		 Bellow 1 Ω
    3 - 4
    		 Below 1 Ω
    (When battery voltage is not applied between terminals)
    3 - 5
    		 10 kΩ or higher
    (When battery voltage is not applied between terminals)
    3 - 4
    		 10 kΩ or higher
    (When battery voltage is applied between terminals 1 and 2)
    3 - 5
    		 Below 1 Ω
    (When battery voltage is applied between terminals 1 and 2)

    If the value is not as specified, replace the stop light control relay.
