REASSEMBLY

Removal / installation


1. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

  1. B126080
    Install the lumbar support adjuster with the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.


2. INSTALL FRONT SEPARATE TYPE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY (w/o Seatback Board)

  1. B126061
    Fully cover the airbag with the 2 seatback cover brackets and tighten the nut.

    Torque:
    5.5 N*m{ 56 kgf*cm , 49 in.*lbf }

    CAUTION:
    1. For vehicles with side airbags, the seatback cover must be securely installed. Otherwise, the side airbags may not deploy properly.
    2. Make sure that the strap is not twisted after installing the bracket.
    3. Install the bracket securely.

    Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seat frame with new hog rings, and attach the hooks.

    Install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seat frame. (w/o Seatback Board)


3. INSTALL FRONT SEPARATE TYPE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY (w/ Seatback Board)

  1. B126061
    Fully cover the airbag with the 2 seatback cover brackets and tighten the nut.

    Torque:
    5.5 N*m{ 56 kgf*cm , 49 in.*lbf }

    CAUTION:
    1. For vehicles with side airbags, the seatback cover must be securely installed. Otherwise, the side airbags may not deploy properly.

    3. Install the bracket securely.

    Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seat frame with new hog rings.

    Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seat frame with new hog rings, and attach the hooks.

    Install the front seatback cover and attach the hooks.


4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Seatback Board)

7. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD WITH INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD

9. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

10. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. B131287E01
    Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the front seat adjuster.

  1. Connect the connector and attach the 4 clamps.

12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the seat in the cabin.

  1. Connect the connectors under the seat.

  1. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.

  1. Operate the power seat switch knob and move the seat to the position farthest forward.

  1. B128146
    Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear seat track bracket.

    Torque:
    37 N*m{ 377 kgf*cm , 27 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    Tighten the 2 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

  1. Operate the power seat switch knob and move the seat to the rearmost position.

  1. B128141
    Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear seat track bracket.

    Torque:
    37 N*m{ 377 kgf*cm , 27 ft.*lbf }


13. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK COVER

14. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK COVER

15. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

16. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

17. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
