INSPECT CONSOLE BOX LIGHT

  1. E119980E02
    Remove the console box light.

  1. Measure the voltage of the connector.

    Standard voltage:
    Tester Connection
    		 Condition
    		 Specified Condition
    J46-2 - J46-1
    		 Clove box is opened
    		 10 to 14 V
    J46-2 - J46-1
    		 Glove box is closed
    		 Below 1 V

    If the result is not as specified, repair or replace wire harness or connector.

  1. E119981E02
    Connect the (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and the (-) lead to terminal 1.

  1. Check that the console box light comes on.

    OK:
    Comes on

    If the result is not as specified, replace the console box light.
