1. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR

  1. Install the motor with the 3 screws.

    Момент затяжки: 
    3.8 Н*м{ 39 кгс*см , 34 фунт-сила-дюймов }

  1. Connect the connector.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLING FAN MOTOR

  1. Install the motor with the 3 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.



3. INSTALL NO. 2 FAN

  1. Install the fan with the nut.

    Момент затяжки: 
    6.2 Н*м{ 63 кгс*см , 55 фунт-сила-дюймов }



4. INSTALL NO. 1 FAN

  1. Install the fan with the nut.

    Момент затяжки: 
    6.2 Н*м{ 63 кгс*см , 55 фунт-сила-дюймов }



5. CHECK COOLING FAN MOTOR OPERATION


  1. Check the No. 1 and No. 2 cooling fan motor operation.

    1. Check that the fan rotates smoothly by hand.

    2. Connect the battery to the fan motor connector.

    3. Check that the fan rotates smoothly, and check the motor rotation direction.

      ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
      Make sure there are no malfunction noises or vibrations while the motor is rotating.

      УКАЗАНИЕ:
      Be careful if the positive and negative terminals of the battery are mistakenly connected to the connector in reverse, as the motor will operate in the opposite direction.
