1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH

  1. Remove the 6 clips and cowl top ventilator louver RH.



2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.



3. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the generator (see page Нажмите здесь).



4. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the front exhaust pipe (see page Нажмите здесь).



5. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER REAR LH

  1. Выверните 2 винта и снимите левую заднюю защиту картера двигателя.



6. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER REAR RH

УКАЗАНИЕ:
Детали с правой стороны снимаются в той же последовательности, что и с левой стороны.



7. DISCONNECT FRONT STABILIZER BAR

  1. Выверните 4 болта и отсоедините штангу стабилизатора от задней скобы.



8. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

  1. Remove the screw, clip and engine under cover RH.



9. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT RH

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and front suspension member reinforcement.



10. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

  1. Remove the dipstick.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and dipstick guide.



11. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  1. Disconnect the sensor connector.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and heat insulator.



12. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the 8 nuts, exhaust manifold and gasket.



13. REMOVE NO. 3 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 3 exhaust manifold heat insulator.



14. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the 11 claws and remove the starter terminal upper cover.

  1. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness.
