1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH

  1. Remove the 6 clips and cowl top ventilator louver RH.



2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.



3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  1. Remove the 13 screws, 7 clips and cover.



4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:
Do not remove the radiator reservoir cap and vent plug while the engine and radiator are still hot. Pressurized, hot engine coolant and steam may be released and cause serious burns.

  1. Loosen the radiator drain cock plug.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Collect the coolant in a container and dispose of it according to the regulations in your area.

  1. Remove the radiator reservoir cap, and using a 6 mm hexagon wrench, remove the vent plug.

  1. Drain coolant.



  1. Loosen the 2 cylinder block drain cock plugs.

5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. While using both hands, lift the rear side of the cover upwards to detach the 4 clips B. Slide the cover towards the front of the vehicle to detach the 2 clips labeled A, and remove the V-bank cover.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    The V-bank cover may be damaged if its front and rear are lifted at the same time.



6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER

  1. Remove the 5 clips A.

  1. Lift up the air cleaner inlet cover to detach the 4 clips B, and remove the cover.



7. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH

  1. Remove the 4 clips and engine room side cover.



8. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH

  1. Remove the 4 clips and engine room side cover.



9. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Hold the air cleaner inlet by the protrusions A and B, and detach the connections.

  1. Rotate the No. 1 air cleaner inlet as shown in the illustration to detach the protrusion C.

  1. Hold the air cleaner inlet by the protrusions D and E, and detach the connections.

  1. Rotate the No. 1 air cleaner inlet as shown in the illustration to detach the protrusion F.



10. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

  1. Remove the 4 clips and duct seal.



11. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY

  1. Поверните 2 фиксатора, как показано на рисунке, и снимите их и 2 уплотнительных шайбы.

12. DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE


13. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE


14. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER INLET HOSE


15. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE


16. REMOVE ECM OUTLET DUCT


17. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 2 reservoir hoses.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and reservoir.



18. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER

  1. Detach the claw, and remove the 3 screws and cover.



19. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the lock nut cap, lock nut, 2 bolts and hood lock.

  1. Disconnect the connector.



20. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT

  1. Disconnect the 3 connectors and detach the 2 clamps.

  1. Detach the 5 clamps and disconnect the wire harness.

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and upper support.



21. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the 3 clamps and disconnect the ECU's connector.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and separate the radiator from the A/C condenser.



22. REMOVE FAN SHROUD WITH FAN AND MOTOR

  1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the fan shroud with fan and motor.



23. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION

  1. Remove the 2 cushions.



24. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT LOWER

  1. Remove the 2 grommets.
