1. CHECK OIL QUALITY

  1. Check the oil for deterioration, water contamination, discoloring or thinning.
    If the quality is visibly poor, replace the oil and filter (see page Нажмите здесь).



2. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

  1. Warm up the engine, stop the engine and wait 5 minutes. The oil level should be between the dipstick's low level mark and full level mark.
    If low, check for leakage and add oil up to the full level mark.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Do not fill engine oil above the full level mark.



3. CHECK ENGINE OIL PRESSURE

  1. Remove the engine oil pressure switch (see page Нажмите здесь).

  1. Install the oil pressure gauge with an adapter.

  1. Warm up the engine.

  1. Measure the engine oil pressure.

    Standard oil pressure:
    Condition
    		Specified Condition
    Idle
    		70 kPa (0.7 kgf/cm2, 10.1 psi) or more
    2500 rpm
    		220 kPa (2.2 kgf/cm2, 31.9 psi) or more

    If pressure is not as specified, check the oil pump.
