1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the flywheel housing side cover.

  1. Install the starter terminal lower cover with the nut.

  1. Install the starter with the 2 bolts.

    37 Н*м{ 377 кгс*см , 27 фунт-сила-футов }

    Make sure the flywheel housing cover is as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the wire harness with the nut.

  1. Connect the starter connector.

  1. Install the starter terminal upper cover.



2. INSTALL NO. 3 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  1. Install the No. 3 exhaust manifold heat insulator with the 3 bolts.

3. INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Install a new gasket as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head with the new 8 nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

4. INSTALL NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  1. Install the heat insulator with the 3 bolts.

    10 Н*м{ 102 кгс*см , 7 фунт-сила-футов }

  1. Connect the sensor connector.



5. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

  1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to a new O-ring.

  1. Install the new O-ring to the guide.

  1. Install the dipstick guide with the 2 bolts.

  1. Install the dipstick.



6. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT RH

  1. Install the front suspension member reinforcement with the 4 bolts.

    Момент затяжки: 
    50 Н*м{ 510 кгс*см , 39 фунт-сила-футов }



7. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

  1. Install the engine under cover RH with the clip and screw.



8. CONNECT FRONT STABILIZER BAR

9. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER REAR LH

  1. Установите левую заднюю защиту картера двигателя и закрепите ее 2 винтами.



10. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER REAR RH

УКАЗАНИЕ:
Детали с правой стороны устанавливаются в той же последовательности, что и с левой стороны.



11. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the front exhaust pipe (see page Нажмите здесь).



12. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the generator (see page Нажмите здесь).



13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


14. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH

  1. Install the 6 clips and cowl top ventilator louver RH.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    If the cowl top ventilator louver RH is not properly installed, water may leak into the engine room and cause malfunctions. Therefore, make sure the cowl top ventilator louver RH is installed properly.



15. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

  1. Perform initialization (see page Нажмите здесь).

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
