INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY
|
(a) Install a new gasket and the throttle body with the 3 bolts and nut. Torque: 14 N·m {142 kgf·cm, 10ft·lbf} |
|
|
(b) Connect the 2 water by-pass hoses. |
|
(c) Connect the throttle position sensor and control connector.

INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE

INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a)
Perform initialization

NOTICE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
6.
ADD ENGINE COOLANT
7. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS
(a)
Check for engine coolant leaks
