INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ECM ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the ECM with the 3 screws.

Torque:

5.5 N·m {56 kgf·cm, 49in·lbf}

(b) Connect the 5 ECM connectors.

NOTICE:

Be sure to securely connect the connectors.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 FINISH PANEL LOWER

(a) Install the No. 2 finish panel lower with the 3 screws.

3. INSTALL GLOVE BOX COMPARTMENT DOOR

(a) Install the glove compartment door with the 2 screws.

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

Perform initialization 2006 MY LX470 [05/2005 -        ]; INTRODUCTION: REPAIR INSTRUCTION: INITIALIZATION .

NOTICE:

Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
