PROCEDURE

PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (ILLUMINATION)*1

(a) Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to DLC3.

(b) Check that the illumination operate in ACTIVE TEST 2006 MY LX470 [05/2005 -        ]; LIGHTING: LIGHTING SYSTEM: DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST .

DESCRIPTION

Illumination circuit (sub body ECU control):

Thsi circuit is used to turn the illumination on.

According to the control signal from the body ECU (main) by the BEAN signal, the sub body ECU performs lighting, lights-out and adjustment of the foot light and the inside door handle illumination. The sub boy ECU controls lighting and lights-out if the center console spot light.

According to the control signal from the body ECU (main) by the BEAN signal, the sub body ECU performs lighting and lights-out foot light and side step light.
