Ignition Switch Circuit

DESCRIPTION

This circuit sends an ignition switch ON or OFF signal to the power seat control ECU.

INSPECT FUSE (ECU-IG1)

CHECK FOR SHORT IN ALL HARNESS AND COMPONENTS CONNECTED TO FUSE, AND REPAIR THEM

2.

CHECK POWER SEAT CONTROL ECU (IG VOLTAGE)

(a) Remove the power seat control ECU without disconnecting its connectors.

(b) Measure the voltage between terminal IG of power seat control ECU connector and body ground when ignition switch is ON and OFF.
