(a) Warm up the engine.

(c) Press the DEF switch and change it to step operation.
(d) Press the DEF switch and check the operation of the air mix damper and the condition of the blower.

CHECK REAR AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL SERVO MOTOR |
|
(a) Remove the rear air mix servo motor. (b) Connect the positive (+) lead terminal 1(MHOT) and negative (-) lead to terminal 2 (MCOOL), and check the rear air mix damper control servo motor. OK: The lever turns smoothly to warm side. (c) Connect the positive (+) lead to terminal 2 (MCOOL) and negative (-) lead to terminal 1 (MHOT), and check the rear air mix damper control servo motor. OK: The lever turns smoothly to cool side. |
