INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the compressor with the 3 bolts. Torque: 49 N·m {500 kgf·cm, 36ft·lbf} |
|
(b) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL FRONT DRIVE SHAFT LH
(a)
Install the drive shaft

3. CONNECT DISCHARGE AND SUCTION HOSES
(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hoses.
Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

(b) Connect the both suction hoses with the 2 bolts. NOTICE: Hose should be connected immediately after the caps have been removed. |

INSTALL DRIVE BELT
5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a)
Perform initialization

NOTICE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

CHARGE REFRIGERANT
8.
WARM UP ENGINE
9.
CHECK FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT
