INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the mirror with the 3 bolts.

Torque:

4.4 N·m {45 kgf·cm, 39in·lbf}

(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

2. INSTALL TWEETER SPEAKER

(a) Install the speaker with the screw.

(b) Connect the connector.

3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the trim board.

(b) Install the 3 clips.

(c) Install the 7 screws and 2 caps.

4. INSTALL SEAT MEMORY SWITCH

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Install the switch.

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Install the light.

6. INSTALL NO. 1 DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL

(a) Install the bezel with the screw.

7. INSTALL NO. 2 DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL

8. INSTALL CENTER SPEAKER (w/ Mark Levinson)

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Install the speaker.

9. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Install the switch.

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

12. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization 2006 MY LX470 [05/2005 -        ]; INTRODUCTION: REPAIR INSTRUCTION: INITIALIZATION .

NOTICE:

Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
