Gateway ECU Power Source Circuit

DESCRIPTION

This circuit is the power source circuit to operate the network gateway ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1.

INSPECT FUSE (ACC, ECU-B2, ECU-IG1)

(a) Remove the ACC, ECU-IG1 fuses from the cowl side junction block LH.

(b) Remove the ECU-B2 fuse from the cowl side junction block RH.

(c) Measure the resistance of the fuses.

Standard resistance:

Below 1 Ω

REPLACE FUSE

OK

2.

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (NETWORK GATEWAY ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

(a) Disconnect the G5 ECU connector.

(b) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.

Standard resistance:

Tester Connection

Specified Condition

G5-24 (GND) - Body ground

Below 1 Ω

(c) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

Standard voltage:

Tester Connection

G5-10 (BATT) - G5-24 (GND)

10 to 14 V
