TS and CG Terminal Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The sensor check circuit detects abnormalities in the speed sensor signal which cannot be detected by the DTC check.

Connecting terminals TS and CG of the DLC3 starts the check.

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK DLC3 (TS VOLTAGE)

(a) Turn the ignition switch ON.

(b) Measure the voltage between terminals 12 (TS) and 4 (CG) of the DLC3.

OK:

Standard voltage

10 to 14 V
OK

CHECK ABS AND VSC TRAC WARNING LIGHT

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
