INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OIL COOLER PIPE BRACKET

(a) Connect the 2 hoses and move the 2 clips to the connection.

(b) Install the oil cooler pipe bracket with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

4.9 N·m {50 kgf·cm, 43in·lbf}

(c) Connect the 2 hoses and move the 2 clips to the connection.

2. INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 2 oil cooler brackets and 2 stays with the 8 bolts.

Torque:

4.9 N·m {50 kgf·cm, 43in·lbf}

(b) Install the oil cooler with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

12 N·m {117 kgf·cm, 8ft·lbf}

(c) Connect the 2 hoses and move the 2 clips to the connection.

3. CONNECT POWER STEERING OIL COOLER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the power steering oil cooler with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

7.5 N·m {76 kgf·cm, 66in·lbf}

4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the radiator grille and attach the 2 clips.

5. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID

(a) Add automatic transmission fluid 2006 MY LX470 [05/2005 -        ]; A750F AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID: ADJUSTMENT .

6. CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL

(a) Check automatic transmission fluid 2006 MY LX470 [05/2005 -        ]; A750F AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID: ADJUSTMENT .
