HINT:

"Power mirror control ECU" refer to the outer mirror control ECU.

  • This DTC is output when communication stops between the outer mirror control ECU and multiplex network body ECU (main).

CHECK OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

(a) Check that the mirror control system operates normally.

HINT:

In this inspection, whether or not the outer mirror control ECU CPU functions normally can be diagnosed.

REPLACE OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY - MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU AND POSITION CONTROL ECU)

(a) Disconnect the ECU connectors mentioned in the table below.

(b) Check the continuity of the wire harness between the connectors.

There is continuity between the connectors.

HINT:

If there is an open in any wire harness, repair it.
