INSPECT BRAKE ACTUATOR

(a) Disconnect the A43 and A45 actuator connectors.

(b) Measure the resistance of the actuator.

Standard resistance:

Tester Connection

Specified Condition

A43-4 (BS) - A45-5 (SA3)

6.95 to 7.45 Ω

A43-4 (BS) - A45-6 (STR)

4.05 to 4.55 Ω

A43-4 (BS) - A45-11 (SA2)

4.05 to 4.55 Ω

A43-4 (BS) - A45-12 (SA1)

4.05 to 4.55 Ω

HINT:

Resistance of each solenoid at 20°C (68°F).

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (SKID CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY - BRAKE ACTUATOR)

CHECK EACH CONNECTION IF SAME CODE IS STILL OUTPUT AFTER DTC DELETION (IF CONNECTION IS NORMAL, SKID CONTROL ECU MAY BE DEFECTIVE)
