REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CONNECTOR

2. DISCONNECT ACTIVE HEIGHT CONTROL FLUID LINE (a) Using SST, disconnect the 5 active height control lines. SST: 09023-00101 Torque: 15 N·m {155 kgf·cm, 11ft·lbf}

3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 nuts and control valve assembly.

Torque:

5.5 N·m {55 kgf·cm, 48in·lbf}

(b) Remove the 3 holders, 3 cushions and 3 cushion bolts from the control valve assembly.

Torque:

7.8 N·m {80 kgf·cm, 69in·lbf}

(c) Remove the 4 bolts and cover.

Torque:

4.4 N·m {45 kgf·cm, 38in·lbf}

(d) Remove the gasket.

HINT:

At the time of installation, replace the used gasket with a new one.
