Reverse Signal Circuit

DESCRIPTION

This circuit sends the park/neutral position switch signal (reverse or other) to the sub body ECU. If this signal cannot be received, the sub body ECU will not perform the reverse linked function control.

PROCEDURE

READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (PARK / NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH)*1

(a) Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the ignition switch ON and push the intelligent tester main switch on.

(c) Select the item "NSW SW" in the DATA LIST and read the value displayed 2007 MY LX470 [08/2006 -        ]; WIPER AND WASHER: WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM: DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST .

OK:

Park/neutral switch position R: ON

Park/neutral switch position except R: OFF
