ECU Power Source Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The circuit provides power to operate the auto wiper ECU (wiper control ECU).

This circuit is the power source for the BEAN driver circuit.

PROCEDURE

1.

INSPECT FUSE (ECU-B2)

(a) Remove the ECU-B fuse from the cowl side junction block RH.

(b) Measure the resistance of the fuse.

Standard resistance:

Below 1 Ω

REPLACE FUSE

OK

2.

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (AUTO WIPER ECU (WIPER CONTROL ECU) - BATTERY)

(a) Disconnect the A51 ECU connector.

(b) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

Standard voltage:

Tester Connection

Specified Condition

A51-8 (+B) - A51-12 (GND)

10 to 14 V
