DESCRIPTION

When the VGRS ECU detects a malfunction in the motor relay circuit, it turns the warning light on and records the DTC at the same time, and then stops VGRS operation.

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (VGRS ECU - BODY GROUND)

(a) Turn the ignition switch OFF.

(b) Measure the resistance between terminals V10-2 (PGND) of the VGRS ECU and body ground.

Standard resistance:

Below 1 Ω
