INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

Standard voltage:
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS
|
(a) Interview the customer to confirm the trouble.
HINT:
It is important to collect as much specific information as possible from the customer to allow for a quick repair.

(a) Turn the engine switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the engine switch on (IG) and the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Chassis / Tire Pressure / Data List.
(e) Read the "ID Tire Inflation Pressure" values.
(f) Adjust all tire pressures to the standard value(s)

(g) Check the Data List
.
HINT:
-
It takes about 2 or 3 minutes to display the updated tire pressure data.

If the problem is that the tire pressure was low, wait until all of the tire pressure data is received by the ECU. If the data is received, the tire pressure warning light will turn off.

The tire pressure information reception condition can also be confirmed through the multi-information display tire pressure display screen.
