NOTICE:

First perform the communication function inspections in How to Proceed with Troubleshooting to confirm that there are no CAN communication malfunctions before troubleshooting this symptom.

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs LIGHTING (EXT): LIGHTING SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR (2008 LX570) .

(b) Check for DTCs LIGHTING (EXT): LIGHTING SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR (2008 LX570) .

OK:

DTC B2415 output does not occur.

OK

2.

CHECK FOR DTC (VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM)

(a) Check for DTCs BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR (2008 LX570) .

OK:

DTC "C0200/31 Front Speed Sensor RH Circuit", "C0205/32 Front Speed Sensor LH Circuit", "C1235/35 Foreign Object is Attached on Top of Front Speed Sensor RH", and "C1236/36 Foreign Object is Attached on Top of Front Speed Sensor LH" output does not occur.
