This is the sound signal circuit from the display and navigation module display to the multi-display selector.

HINT:

  • Only vehicles with a navigation system have this circuit.
  • "Multi-display Controller" refers to the multi-display selector.

1.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY - MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR)


(a) Disconnect the F34 navigation connector.

(b) Disconnect the L23 selector connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

CHECK DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY


(a) Reconnect the F34 navigation connector.

(b) Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform between each terminal and body ground according to the conditions shown in the chart below.
