Back Door Motor Clutch Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

When a voltage and current malfunction (open or short) is detected in the clutch circuit of the power back door unit while the power back door is operating, the power back door ECU stores DTC B2225.

CHECK DTC OUTPUT

(a) Clear the DTCs DOOR / HATCH: POWER BACK DOOR SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR (2008 LX570) .

(b) Check for DTCs DOOR / HATCH: POWER BACK DOOR SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR (2008 LX570) .

OK:

DTC B2225 is not output.
