1. REMOVE BRAKE TUBE

    1. Using SST, disconnect the brake tube.

2. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, 2 brake master cylinder gaskets, brake master cylinder bracket, brake master cylinder and brake stroke simulator bracket.



3. REMOVE MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS

  1. Remove the push rod clevis and lock nut.

    HINT:
    Adjustment of brake pedal height is easier when reassembling the brake master w/ simulator cylinder assembly afterward, if the protrusion of the push rod from push rod clevis is measured and recorded at this stage.



4. REMOVE BRAKE STROKE SIMULATOR CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector from the bracket.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and the brake stroke simulator cylinder from the brake stroke simulator bracket.
