HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU > REMOVAL |
| 1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL |
| 2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH |
| 3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH |
| 4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2 |

Using a screwdriver, push the 3 claws in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage and remove the guide on the front of the vehicle.
Disconnect the connectors and remove the instrument panel No.2 under cover sub-assembly.
| 5. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY |

Remove the 2 bolts <A> and the 2 screws <C>.
Pull the glove compartment door assembly to the rear to remove it.
Disconnect the connector.
| 6. REMOVE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU |
Disconnect the 3 wire harness clamps.
Disconnect the 6 connectors from the hybrid vehicle control ECU.

Remove the 2 nuts and hybrid vehicle control ECU.
| 7. REMOVE ECM BRACKET NO.1 |

Remove the 2 screws and ECM bracket No.1.
| 8. REMOVE ECM BRACKET NO.2 |

Remove the 2 screws and ECM bracket No.2.
| 9. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET |

Remove the 2 screws and wire harness clamp bracket.
