1. INSPECT MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the map light assembly.

  1. Measure the resistance of the personal light.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Switch Condition
    		Specified Condition
    O2-25 (UP) - Body ground
    		TILT UP
    		Below 1 Ω
    O2-25 (UP) - Body ground
    		Off
    		10 kΩ or higher
    O2-24 (DOWN) - Body ground
    		TILT DOWN
    		Below 1 Ω
    O2-24 (DOWN) - Body ground
    		TILT UP
    		10 kΩ or higher
    O2-10 (OPN) - Body ground
    		SLIDE OPEN
    		Below 1 Ω
    O2-10 (OPN) - Body ground
    		TILT UP
    		10 kΩ or higher
    O2-11 (CLS) - Body ground
    		SLIDE CLOSE
    		Below 1 Ω
    O2-11 (CLS) - Body ground
    		TILT UP
    		10 kΩ or higher

    If the result is not as specified, replace the map light assembly.
