1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH


3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM RH SUB-ASSEMBLY


4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER NO.2 SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a screwdriver, push the 3 claws in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage and remove the guide on the front of the vehicle.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Disconnect the connectors and remove the instrument panel No.2 under cover sub-assembly.



5. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 bolts <A> and the 2 screws <C>.

  1. Pull the glove compartment door assembly to the rear to remove it.

  1. Disconnect the connector.



6. REMOVE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU
  1. Disconnect the 3 wire harness clamps.

  1. Disconnect the 6 connectors from the hybrid vehicle control ECU.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and hybrid vehicle control ECU.



7. REMOVE AIR DUCT NO.2

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Release the 2 claws and remove the air duct No.2.



8. DISCONNECT WIRING AIR INDICATOR HARNESS NO.2 SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the clamp and disconnect the 2 connectors.



9. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the clamp and disconnect the connectors.

  1. Remove the 4 screws and the nut, and then the bracket.

  1. Remove the bolt and 2 screws.

  1. Release the claw and remove the blower assembly.
