CONDENSER > REMOVAL |
| 1. DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM |
Turn the A/C switch on.
Operate the A/C with the setting temperature at 25°C (77°F) and the blower level at LO for 10 minutes to circulate the refrigerant and collect compressor oil remaining in each component into the cooler compressor as much as possible.
Turn the ignition switch OFF.
Using SST, let the refrigerant gas out.

Using a clip remover, remove the engine room side cover.
| 3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL |
Remove the 4 clips and cool air intake duct seal.
| 4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP W/ INLET |

Remove the 2 bolts, 4 clamps and air cleaner cap w/ inlet.
Remove the air cleaner filter element from the air cleaner case.
| 5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER |

Remove the 5 clips and front bumper stay center.
| 6. DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE NO.1 |

Remove the bolt and disconnect the cooler refrigerant discharge hose No.1 from the cooler condenser assembly.
Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant discharge hose No.1.
| 7. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY |

Remove the bolt and disconnect the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
Remove the O-ring from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
| 8. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY |

Remove the bolt and raise the bracket as shown in the illustration.
Remove the cap.
Disconnect the connector.

Remove the 5 bolts, nut and radiator support upper sub-assembly.
| 9. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER LH SUB-ASSEMBLY |

Remove the 4 bolts and radiator support upper LH sub-assembly.
| 10. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER RH SUB-ASSEMBLY |

Remove the 4 bolts and radiator support upper RH sub-assembly.
| 11. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY |

Release the 4 clamps and wire harness.

Remove the 4 bolts and disconnect sub with fan radiator assembly.
![]() |
Remove the 2 screws and cooler condenser assembly.
