FRONT STABILIZER BAR > INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT NO.1 STABILIZER BAR BUSHING

  1. Install the 2 front stabilizer bar bushings No.1 to the outer side of the bushing stopper on the front stabilizer bar.

    NOTICE:
    Place the cutout of the front stabilizer bar bushing No.1 as facing the rear side as shown in the illustration.



2. INSTALL FRONT NO.2 STABILIZER BRACKET LH
  1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No.2 LH to the front frame assembly.



3. INSTALL FRONT NO.2 STABILIZER BRACKET RH
  1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No.2 RH to the front frame assembly.



4. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR
  1. Install the front stabilizer bar to the front flame.



5. INSTALL FRONT NO.1 STABILIZER BRACKET LH

  1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No.1 LH with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    16 N*m{ 163 kgf*cm , 12 ft.*lbf }



6. INSTALL FRONT NO.1 STABILIZER BRACKET RH
  1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No.1 RH with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    16 N*m{ 163 kgf*cm , 12 ft.*lbf }



7. INSTALL ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSAXLE

HINT:
Refer to the instructions for installation of the engine assembly (Click here).



8. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Install the front stabilizer link assembly LH with the 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    74 N*m{ 755 kgf*cm , 55 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon (6 mm) wrench to hold the stud.



9. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH
  1. Install the front stabilizer link assembly RH with the 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    74 N*m{ 755 kgf*cm , 55 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon (6 mm) wrench to hold the stud.



10. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS

Torque:
103 N*m{ 1,050 kgf*cm , 76 ft.*lbf }
