This circuit supplies power to operate the multiplex network switch.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MULTIPLEX NETWORK SWITCH)

  1. Disconnect the P15 (P16) connector.

    1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage:
      RHD Models:
      Tester Connection
      		Condition
      		Specified Condition
      P15-12 (BDR) - Body ground
      		Always
      		10 to 14 V
      LHD Models:
      Tester Connection
      		Condition
      		Specified Condition
      P16-12 (BDR) - Body ground
      		Always
      		10 to 14 V

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance:
      RHD Models:
      Tester Connection
      		Condition
      		Specified Condition
      P15-7 (GND) - Body ground
      		Always
      		Below 1 Ω
      LHD Models:
      Tester Connection
      		Condition
      		Specified Condition
      P16-7 (GND) - Body ground
      		Always
      		Below 1 Ω
