1. INSPECT IGNITION KEY CYLINDER LIGHT

  1. Remove the transponder key amplifier (ignition key cylinder light).

  1. Connect the battery positive (+) lead to terminal 2 and negative (-) lead to terminal 6.

  1. Check that the light comes on.

    OK:
    Comes on

    If the light does not come on, replace the transponder key amplifier (ignition key cylinder light).
