DESCRIPTION

This circuit sends a microphone signal from the multi-display to the navigation ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.INSPECT NAVIGATION ECU

  1. Disconnect the navigation ECU connector N7.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Resistance:
    Tester connection
    		Condition
    		Specified condition
    SNSE - Body ground
    		Always
    		Below 1 Ω

2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY - NAVIGATION ECU)

  1. Disconnect the multi-display connector M4 and navigation ECU connector N7.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Resistance:
    Tester connection
    		Condition
    		Specified condition
    MCO+ - MIC+
    		Always
    		Below 1 Ω
    MCO- - MIC-
    		Always
    		Below 1 Ω
    MCO+ - Body ground
    		Always
    		10 kΩ or higher
    MCO- - Body ground
    		Always
    		10 kΩ or higher

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK

RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION FLOW BECAUSE THE CHECK RESULT IS NORMAL
