1.CHECK CELLULAR PHONE
  1. Check if the voice on the other side can be heard using a cellular phone.

    OK:
    Voice can be heard.

REPAIR OR REPLACE CELLULAR PHONE

2.CHECK SETTINGS
  1. Check if the volume is set to the minimum or maximum level.

    HINT:
    When the volume is set to the minimum or maximum level, the sound may be distorted.

  1. Check if the MUTE switch is set to ON.

    OK:
    MUTE switch is not set to ON.

3.VOICE CHECK
  1. Check if the navigation voice can be heard.

    OK:
    The voice can be heard.
