1.CHECK CELLULAR PHONE

  1. Check if the other side can hear your voice properly.

    OK:
    Your voice can be heard correctly.

2.CHECK SETTINGS

  1. Check if the mute switch is set to ON.

    OK:
    Mute switch is not set to ON.

TURN MUTE SWITCH OFF

3.CHECK MICROPHONE (NAVIGATION CHECK MODE)

  1. Enter the "Microphone Check" mode (Click here).

  1. Follow the directions on the screen. Check if the word recognition indicator lights up in green for each item.

    OK:
    All check items are recognized.
