FREEZE FRAME DATA

HINT:
The HV control ECU records vehicle and driving condition information as freeze frame data the moment a DTC is stored. It is used for estimating or simulating the vehicle conditions when the malfunction occurred. To confirm the details of the hybrid control system, check the detailed information for the DTC (Information).

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and turn the intelligent tester on.

  3. Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / DTC.

  4. Select a DTC in order to display its freeze frame data.

  5. Check the freeze frame data of the DTC that has been detected.

  6. Check information of the DTC.
