INSTALLATION

Removal / installation


1. INSTALL REAR SHOCK ABSORBER WITH COIL SPRING

  1. Install the rear shock absorber with coil spring to the rear axle carrier assembly and insert the 2 bolts from the rear side of the vehicle.

    Slowly jack up the vehicle using a wooden block and install the rear shock absorber with coil spring (upper side) to the vehicle.

    Install the 3 nuts to the upper side of rear shock absorber with coil spring.

    Torque:
    58 N*m{ 591 kgf*cm , 43 ft.*lbf }

  1. C107670E01
    Install the 2 nuts to the lower side of rear shock absorber with coil spring.

    Torque:
    180 N*m{ 1,840 kgf*cm , 133 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    When installing the nuts, keep the bolts from rotating.

    Fully tighten the lock nut.

    Torque:
    49 N*m{ 500 kgf*cm , 36 ft.*lbf }


2. CONNECT REAR SPEED SENSOR

  1. C107669E01
    Install the rear brake flexible hose and rear speed sensor with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.0 N*m{ 51 kgf*cm , 44 in.*lbf } (bolt A)
    19 N*m{ 194 kgf*cm , 14 ft.*lbf } (bolt B)
    8.0 N*m{ 82 kgf*cm , 71 in.*lbf } (bolt C)


3. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY

  1. C107308
    Install the rear stabilizer link assembly to the rear shock absorber with the nut.

    Torque:
    39 N*m{ 398 kgf*cm , 29 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench (5 mm) to hold the stud.


4. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. B111793
    Engage the 2 clips and install the deck trim side panel assembly.

  1. Install the 4 clips.


5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE

  1. B111792
    Engage the 2 clips and install the rear floor finish side plate.

  1. Install the clip.


6. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER

  1. B111791
    Engage the 4 clips and install the rear seat side cover.

  1. Install the 3 clips.


7. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM COVER

  1. B111808
    Engage the 5 claws and install the deck side trim cover.


8. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE

  1. B111791
    Engage the 4 clips and install the rear seat side cover.

  1. Install the 3 clips.


9. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH

  1. B111781
    Install the deck side trim box with the 2 clips.


10. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH

11. INSTALL JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY

12. INSTALL JACK ASSEMBLY

13. INSTALL JACK CARRIER SUPPORT

14. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  1. B110477
    Engage the 2 claws and 6 clips, and install the rear floor finish plate.

  1. Install the 2 clips.


15. INSTALL DECK NO.3 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B110025
    Install the deck No.3 board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.


16. INSTALL DECK NO.2 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B110024
    Install the deck No.2 board sub-assembly with the 4 bolts and 2 nuts.


17. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

  1. B110023
    Install the deck floor box rear with the 2 clips.


18. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX

  1. B110022
    Install the deck floor box front with the 2 clips.


19. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B110455
    Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolt.

  1. Engage the 5 clips.


20. CHECK ABS SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL

21. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque:
103 N*m{ 1,050 kgf*cm , 76 ft.*lbf }


22. INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
